   2.1 Eligibility to purchase.
   To be eligible to purchase from the E-commerce website, you have to be:

   (b) Customers by the Company.

   Please ensure to check that the information provided is accurate and complete. The Company will be relying on the information you provide to fulfil your order. You may be liable for additional costs that the Company incurs if any details are inaccurate (e.g., if the Company incurs extra costs due to incorrect delivery address or incorrect items ordered).

   The presentation of products on the e-commerce website is an invitation for you to submit an offer to purchase our products. By clicking the “Checkout” button in the last stage of the ordering process, you are issuing an offer to purchase the products you have placed in the cart.

   All Products shown on this Website are subject to availability. Should a Product (indicated as available during ordering process) is no longer available, you will be informed by email for refund.

   The price stated includes applicable taxes and quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) , you may also opt for USD ($). However, the final payment will be charged in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) during check out.
   
   Yukimoto reserved all rights regarding the currency exchange rate and will not be responsible for any additional charges inccur by bank.
   
   Besides, the Company reserves the rights to change our product’s price at any time without further notice. The Company reserves the rights to change, limit or terminate any special offers or discounts at any time.
   
   Prices for our Products may change from time to time. Changes will not affect confirmed orders.
   
   
5. Product Images
   The product images shown are for illustration purposes only, thus Yukimoto is not subjected to any misleading on color presented. Due to differences in monitors, colors of products may also appear different to those shown on the site.
   
   The product might vary slightly from the images shown.
   
   
6. Delivery and delivery charges.
   Products ordered will be delivered to the specific address provided by Customers. We offer world-wide shipping. Delivery will be made within 48 hours after order is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays in Malaysia.
   
   Delivery periods are indicative and are therefore not regarded as strict deadlines. The mere fact that a delivery period is exceeded does not entitle you to any compensation or refund. The Company accepts no liability for any loss or damages caused by any delay in delivery.
   
   Please ensure that you have provided a complete and accurate delivery address when placing orders. Yukimoto will not be responsible for any missing items or items that are delayed due to inaccurate or incomplete delivery address provided by customers.

   (i) Yukimoto accepts payment from the following:
   Visa, American Express, Mastercard, FPX online banking, debit cards and e-wallets.
   
   (ii) Yukimoto has the right to modify the methods of payment available, at any time, being understood that the available methods of payment are those indicated in the e-commerce website at the time when the Orders are placed by the Customers.
   
   (iii) For security reasons, billing name must be identical to the details of the credit card used for payment. If you choose to pay by a credit card with a foreign currency-denominated account, you may select your preferred currency. The currency exchange rate will be fixed by yukimoto-official.com.
   
   All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.

To the extent permitted by law, The Company limits its liability in relation to such Mandatory Protections in respect of restring service, to the supply of the relevant services or paying the cost of that resupply, which restricted to the following terms:
   
   Yukimoto Gemstones do provide a lifetime free-of-charge restring service for all bead bracelet products. Customers are subjected to an extra charge if he/she had:
   
   (i) Change the number of the loop of the product
   E.g. Resize a three-loop bracelet into one loop each
   
   (ii) Modify the design of the product
   E.g. Remove all the gold-filled or modify the most critical part of the design. Changes to the arrangement of beads in the design or to the point that it is a completely different design.
   
   (iii) Add on of DIY beads, which are not produced by Yukimoto.
   
   9.5 Governing law.
   These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute which may arise under these Terms of Use shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
