REFUND POLICY

Any item purchases on yukimoto-official.com are not subject to refund or exchange after 7 days from the date parcel received by the consumers with T&C apply. We do not offer refunds or exchanges after this 7 days period has expired. Yukimoto will strictly stick to the terms and conditions below regarding to any exchanges and refunds of products.

 

Returned Products

Returned products are inspected by our Quality Inspection Department. If there is any damage(s) to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.

 

No cancellations, refunds or exchange available, except for the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Lost parcels
  • Faulty pieces such as man-made cracks of the stone, damaged chain buckle
  • The particular product (indicated as available during ordering process) is no longer available

 

If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product will be returned to you. We do not refund products:

  • Obtained from sources other than yukimoto-official.com
  • Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
  • With natural inclusion and cracks. Please note that yukimoto-official.com reserves the final rights on the definition of inclusion , inner and outer cracks of the natural stone
  • Color difference due to the image resolutions

Condition of the Returned Products

Return item must have all parts of the original packaging.  Item must be returned in good condition and must be in their original packaging such as jewelry box, pouch, additional beads and etc.

 

Return Options

You will have two return methods:

  • Return via Postal Service (postage by consumer)
  • Return to Yukimoto Hub (Bangkok Lane, Penang)

 

Exchanges

Exchange will only be available while stock lasts. You may confirm stock availability with customercare@yukimoto-official.com if you wish to exchange the item with another item (In the case of faulty products)

 

Refunds

All refunds will be proccessed in the form of bank transfer(s). Refund process will take up to  7-14 working days upon package arrival to our department. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

 

What should i do if my product arrives damaged or defected, or isn’t what i ordered?

If you need to return an item, please contact us at customercare@yukimoto-official.com. Do provide your order number and details. Please note that our Customer Support team will also require you to provide visual evidence (e.g photo, video) of the products in order to expedite the process. We will respond as soon as possible with instruction on how to return the items.
